We dont just claim to be able to do the job, We can do the job and if we can not we will not charge you no matter how long it takes us to get to the end result. We do not charge for checking your PC or Fault finding.
If you commision us to build a pc we do not take deposits we leave this to the cowboy operations who need your money to buy the parts to make the PC.
Before passing over the new unit to you we pride ourselves on showing you your new pc working and spending a little time with you showing you how to use it, before you leave our retail outlet.
We also pride ourselvves on having enough stock on site to be able to kit out a medium business within 48 hours.
All of our computer's come with remote admin software and a 1 year no quibble warranty so if there is a problem we can log into your computer with your permission and do on site repairs without you even having to take the pc from your home.
